Who am I?

Edify coaching and consulting is a specialist at getting the best from people and organisations. A simple and straight forward approach backed up by over twenty years of global corporate experience including Procter & Gamble and Pentland Brands.

Founded in Edinburgh by Nadine Thompson, an experienced business leader with a successful track record in the consumer goods and sports industries. With a background in commercial and building brands, backed up with an MSc in psychology and an ICF accredited coaching qualification.

I work with clients as individuals or teams to help them understand their current challenges and build a better business for the future.
